Knock-down extrusions give you flexibility to build panels yourself on your own timeline, and we can provide assembly jigs, color-matched screws, diagrams, and on-site training if you’d rather build in-house. How long does it take to receive assembled panels?
Assembled materials typically ship within 4-6 weeks via LTL freight or SHAPES-owned trucking. Custom configurations carry a lead time that can range from 6-8 weeks up to 10 weeks depending on complexity and current shop capacity. For a firm delivery estimate on your order, request a quote with your specs and target install date.
What quality checks happen before assembled panels ship?
Every assembled panel and gate is visually inspected by our full-time Quality Control Manager before it leaves our facility. This confirms fastener integrity, panel squareness, and finish consistency, so what arrives at your job site matches the spec you ordered, with no surprises during install.
Can you deliver assembled panels directly to my job site instead of my shop?
Yes. We offer FedEx LTL freight, delivery via SHAPES-owned trucks for orders up to 20,000 lbs., and full truckload delivery for larger orders. If you have a preferred freight carrier, provide their account information and we’ll ship through them. Contact us to coordinate delivery logistics for your project.
