We are pleased to announce that Corey Keller has accepted the position of SHAPES Unlimited, Customer Service Manager – Youngstown, Ohio.
In this role, reporting to Jordan Nye, Manager of Operations, Corey will lead our customer service team with a focus on delivering outstanding support, strengthening relationships, and ensuring a smooth experience for every customer. Corey will oversee daily customer service operations, ensuring fast and professional response to inquiries and issues, support and coach our customer service representatives for continuous improvement. Corey brings 13 years of experience in customer service and operations, most recently at GLI Pool Products, with a proven track record in process improvement, training, conflict resolutions, ERP/CRM systems and leadership skills. His Kaizen Certification, and evidenced leadership style emphasizing clear communication, team development, and problem-solving, well aligns with our commitment to customer service satisfaction and operational excellence.
Corey is a proud husband and father along with his wife Elizabeth, with three children: Madisyn (9), Zane (6), and Evelyn (2). A native Ohioan, residing in Boardman, Corey is an avid golfer and Cleveland fan – Go Browns!
