We are pleased to announce that Corey Keller has accepted the position of SHAPES Unlimited, Customer Service Manager – Youngstown, Ohio.
In this role, reporting to Jordan Nye, Manager of Operations, Corey will lead our customer service team with a focus on delivering outstanding support, strengthening relationships, and ensuring a smooth experience for every customer. Corey will oversee daily customer service operations, ensuring fast and professional response to inquiries and issues, support and coach our customer service representatives for continuous improvement. Corey brings 13 years of experience in customer service and operations, most recently at GLI Pool Products, with a proven track record in process improvement, training, conflict resolutions, ERP/CRM systems and leadership skills. His Kaizen Certification, and evidenced leadership style emphasizing clear communication, team development, and problem-solving, well aligns with our commitment to customer service satisfaction and operational excellence.
Corey is a proud husband and father along with his wife Elizabeth, with three children: Madisyn (9), Zane (6), and Evelyn (2). A native Ohioan, residing in Boardman, Corey is an avid golfer and Cleveland fan – Go Browns!

SHAPES Announces Its 30 Year Anniversary With A Move To New Headquarters

Dear Valued Customer:
As SHAPES Unlimited Inc. kicks off our 30th year celebration, we are proud to announce a major milestone in our continued growth. Commencing in November we will begin the transition to our new 80,000 sq. ft. headquarters and production/warehouse facility in North Jackson, Ohio, with formal opening events the week of January 5, 2026.
This investment is attributed to you, our loyal customers, and your continued support for our Mission: Consistently challenging the status quo to develop value-added products and business solutions to meet our customers’ evolving needs.
New Facility Highlights:
- Expanded production capacity with upgraded automated fabrication, and robotic assembly equipment.
- Warehousing Expansion – 30′ ceilings with cantilevered racking and multi-direction forklifts for maximized space utilization.
- The right inventories to support our 98% On-time/Complete Shipments objective.
- Improved shipping/receiving with eight drive-in loading and unloading docks.
- Enhanced customer and employee experience with new product showroom and increased meeting and breakroom space.
