Today, celebrating another record quarter, our incredible team came together to congratulate their hard work and collaborative efforts, while sporting our new company apparel. On an unseasonable 80-degree day in Youngstown, we enjoyed a group luncheon, some sun-time together as we readied the team for the 2024 homestretch. As part of our community outreach program, SHAPES Unlimited CEO, Doug Rende was a panelist on the Clean Energy Manufacturing Forum. This event provided guidance on available programs to assist small and medium sized manufacturers. In this session, SHAPES highlighted their experience in working with Team NEO, Lake-to-River Economic Development and MAGNET organizations in assisting in the job creation/training; value stream mapping and productivity tools to drive company and community growth opportunities.
